LEAD DESIGNER

As part of a team based at BT House in London, we created a totally new look for the consumer website, starting with the launch of a new range of broadband services, called Ultrafast. 

​

The project was a fast moving agile environment that involved rapid changes to content and data that needed to be reflected in the UX and UI design at short notice. We created a modular based design system to apply these changes that were industry compliant and functional across all channels and devices.

The current version of BT's site no longer reflected the vision of the company going forward. The clean and fresh look was the approach felt needed to move the company's digital design approach to be in-keeping with the many technological changes and advancements the company had made in the last year.

​

Apart from concepts for this project,  the need for BAU work was also one of the many tasks required from the design team as and when new products were launched.
